The folder is not dated but may date to about 1932 (based on some online ads in newspapers that use the same slogan: “The Modern Way to Home Beauty”).The clothing styles of the two women pictured would be consistent with that period. This small folder measures 3-1/4” x 6” (closed). When opened, it measures about 9-3/4” x 10-1/2”.
