Jamesway Poultry Supply Dealer Letter & Ad 1940s Nests Waterers Feeders Mt Joy

This is an original 1940s sales letter and advertising flyer from James Mfg. Co. for their Jamesway line of poultry equipment. The two-piece set includes a letter to dealers announcing new products from their Mount Joy, PA plant and a flyer detailing square hole nests and round pan waterers. The letter mentions the scarcity of galvanized steel, strongly indicating production during the World War II era. This ephemera is in excellent condition for its age, with original mailing folds and light toning, perfect for a collection of agricultural advertising.

Stockland Hydro Scoop Salesman Sample Advertising Solid Brass Ashtray! Farming

Offered here is a vintage Stockland Hydro Scoop brass salesman sample ashtray. This piece features a hydro scoop top that dumps ash into a hopper that is embossed with name. The piece has a dark patina from age, but is free of chips or cracks. There are some mold imperfections that keep the top scoop from sitting flush, but it does not affect how it functions. These would have given as salesman samples to perspective customers/store owners. This piece has been used as an ashtray in the past, but does not smell. This would make a perfect addition to any agriculture advertising collection!
