Physical condition is good overall for a roughly 120 year old agricultural advertising circular, but it does show the expected age and handling wear: the paper has toned to an even light brown, there are scattered small handling creases, faint surface scuffs and smudges, slight softening and rounding to the corners, and a few tiny edge nicks and shallow wrinkles near the lower right front corner.
