According to online sources:The Quackenbush Hardware Store, located in Eugene, Oregon (160 E. Broadway), is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The store opened in 1903 under the name J. W. Quackenbush’s, selling farm implements, hardware, and horse-drawn vehicles. The store closed in 1980. The folder is not dated but may date to about 1932 (based on some online ads in newspapers that use the same slogan: “The Modern Way to Home Beauty”).The clothing styles of the two women pictured would be consistent with that period. This small folder measures 3-1/4” x 6” (closed). When opened, it measures about 9-3/4” x 10-1/2”.
