1922 Memo Book S.M. Hess & Brother Fertilizers Daylight IN Paul Young & Brother

Up for bid is a vintage memo book that was given to customers of Paul Young & Bro. of Daylight, Indiana. It is compliments of S.M. Hess & Brother of Cincinnati, Ohio, makers of high-grade fertilizers. This book has 1922 and 1923 calendars inside the front and back covers. Only one of the 20 pages is written on. This book measures 2 3/4 by 5 1/2 inches and is in very good condition. See my listings for other vintage items. This is an original antique 1886 pocket ledger notebook issued as an advertising piece for Dodge & Co., Dealers in Hardware and kindred goods of Great Bend, Kansas.    This is a booklet format of 4.75” x 3.25” with printed covers and blank sheets of lined paper inside for writing notes.   The back has a calendar for 1886 so thus the date.  A few of the memo pages inside have been excised and those that remain are clean with no writing.   Overall condition is very good for this original 1886 antique.  Email any questions. Envelope is 5 3/4 by 3 1/2 inches. Letter has some browning. Left edge of envelope is cut. Please see photos for condition. Guaranteed old and original.
