There is a small shallow chip on the right point. The lower line of black lettering is not all there but readable. Their best known product was the Heider Tractor. Osborn is located east of the Quad Cities.

Selling an original postmarked 1911 Oliver Chilled Plow Works Farm Advertising Brochure with Envelope. The single page front/back advertisement measures approximately 5-1/4” X 3-3/8”. Good condition with a right top corner water stain and tear to the left side of the envelope.
