KEATING of the TEXAS DISC PLOW COMPANY in DALLAS, TEXAS during the year of 1904.This letter appears to be signed by C. A. Keating who was the originator of disc plows. Next to the C. A. Keating signature, there is an abbreviation for « President ».They were manufacturers ofROTARY DISC PLOWS .Listed on this letterhead, it states that their office was in the KEATING IMPLEMENT and MACHINE COMPANY building. NAMES LISTED at the top left corner are: C. A. KEATING as PRESIDENT, H. S. KEATING as TREASURER, CONDITION: Normal letter folds, some visible toning and in very condition. It is from EMERSON MANUFACTURING of DALLAS, TEXAS They were manufacturers of the Standard (brand) Cultivators, Mowers, Corn and Contton Planters, Plows, Hay Rakes, Harrows and Stalk Cutters The Letter was signed by the manager, whom is identified as such below the building lithograph, J.M. Wendelken The building litho is noted as the Dallas Branch Office located at 138 Austin St. This letter was addressed to R.H. Norris located in Childress, TexasThe lithographer in fine print is noted as: X-Co Dallas General content is stating a complaint regarding Listers.
