This is a 1947 booklet which sets out the history of corn. It was created to advertise Funk Bros. Seed Co. of Bloomington, Illinois and was distributed through their branch in Belle Plaine, Iowa. It is illustrated with drawings and has the history and mythology of corn in America. It is 7 & 1/4″ by 5 & 1/4″ bound with staples. Someone has written a note in pencil at the top of the first page but it is otherwise in perfect condition.
