Ronnel has since been banned and can no longer be used, in the US anyways. Very light wear is present on the pail, like scuffs, scrapes, & interior rust. Pail is in-round. Measures 13 inches high, not including the handle. Handle is securely attached. Location – garage Sales tax: It sucks. I have nothing to do with it. It is all ebay’s doing. Contact them, or better yet, contact your state’s tax department. Buyer pays all shipping charges except if free shipping is offered. I do not charge handling fees. Payment is expected within 4 days of auction close. If issues arise relating to your payment, please contact me and we can work something out. Most item(s) will be shipped on the next business day after receiving payment via Paypal. I will certainly entertain non-Paypal payment methods. I ship to the U.S. only, unless specifically stated otherwise. The quoted shipping charges are for destinations in the lower 48. If you live in HI or AK, charges will be higher, except for items shipping First Class. I do combine multiple items won to save you money on shipping costs. If you have taken the time to bid, you obviously want this item. I will take the time to package your purchase so it arrives in the same shape as listed. A new phenomenon is afoot – cancelling bids. Additionally, you will not be charged Priority Mail rates on a 3 ounce item due to my laziness of not wanting to find suitable packaging. Conditions of items are described accurately and truthfully.
