For most of its years it's been folded inside its original envelope. And as far as it goes, well if the 1 Cent Franklin Embossing wasn't torn, it would no doubt be much more valuable. Even with the fine tear its a pretty nice example, hopefully making the 2 pieces a bit more valuable and Collectable.
